Through five wines from distinct regions and traditions, Killian explores the decisions that transform grapes into something far more complex — fermentation, vessels, oak, aging, oxidation and patience.
Alongside the wines, guests encounter art and objects inspired by transformation, craft and fire.
From the vineyard to the cellar, this Salon examines the relationship between nature and intervention — and the moment when a place becomes a wine.
