Before there is wine, there is earth.
Five wines. Five regions. Five radically different landscapes.
Led by Killian, this 90-minute Salon explores how geology and soil help define some of the world's most distinctive wine regions.
Guests will taste each wine alongside geological materials presented in the Silex Mineral Carrier, creating a tactile connection between what is beneath the vineyard and what ultimately reaches the glass.
Wine, geology, art and conversation come together around a single question:
How much of a place can we discover through a bottle?
